This item falls within the normal measurement range, as outlined on our standard size charts.  As with all leggings, slight variations in rise, length, stretch & fit is possible depending on the manufacturing process and fabric texture. Although the fabric used in leggings is quite stretchy, excessive stretching may cause stress to seams and/or the integrity of the fabric, itself. Leggings with yoga style waistband more snug & slightly shorter than standard/classic band leggings. If you are tall, we suggest sizing up. Please refer the to size charts for more info. 

Photos provided in this listing are for sample purposes, only.  We attempt to accurately portray colors & prints, but variations in this will depend on your display settings.  For prints, while you will receive a product cut from the same printed fabric, no two items are identically printed.  Prints/designs may run in various direction - up, down, diagonally, facing up or facing down and generally do not match at seams. This variation in pattern placement is not a defect.  As such, no exchanges are accepted for this reason.
